Hey friends I'm Daisy! Momming it up with my three amazing daughters, you'll often find me splashing in the pool or digging around in my garden. 
I'm here to be your wellness wingwoman, cheering you on in every health and wellness endeavor you pursue. I am passionate about advocating for your health needs and am in your corner nudging you to eat the rainbow and take care of yourself! 
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your wellness journey and share my passion for nutrition with you!

Welcome to the Mom's First Club!

Each week you will have access to a full week of meal plans that are focused on supporting better blood sugar balance and giving you the energy you need to live up to the challenges of motherhood!!


Why is balanced blood sugar important for moms?


When we eat meals that are unsupportive to blood sugar balance we can experience a multitude of unpleasant symptoms. Afternoon energy crashes, poor weight management, moodiness, sugar cravings, hormonal imbalances, dysregulated nervous system - hello anxiety, mental health challenges, snapping at our family members and loved ones, and poor sleep just to name a few. Eating meals that are curated specially to prioritize protein, fiber, fats and healthy whole food sources of carbohydrates will not only optimize blood sugar but also micronutrient intake. Let me take care of all of the thinking and you can just buy the food and eat it!



What is included?



* Weekly meal plans that can be scaled to your households needs (1 person vs. family of 5) if your kids aren't into the meals I am a big proponent of building the kids meals off of your meals. I can help you adjust meals to suit everyone!

* Exclusive access to my monthly Q&A sessions where I will share all things Nutrition and answer any questions that could be helpful to the group.

* All recipes, directions, AND shopping lists for each week

Working with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist 1:1 is a great way to support you on your health journey.

You will start with an Initial Session of 45mins to go over your history and eating habits, routines, and current lifestyle. From here we can discuss in more detail where adjustments can be made to your diet to better support your health goals. I will provide you with a one-week meal plan that suits the foods you enjoy eating, recommend any supplements that I believe would be supportive, and look at ways to adjust lifestyle (sleep habits, exercise routines, and stress management).

After your Initial Session I recommend Follow Up sessions which are 30 mins in length every 2-4 weeks to check in. We will assess how things are going, make adjustments as needed and I will also provide another week of recipes customized to your needs.
